How to Use
Use on dry feet. Gently rub the foot file over calloused areas using the appropriate side depending on the thickness of the skin. After use, rinse off any removed dead skin with water, then wash and moisturize with a lotion or cream.
To maintain hygiene, rinse the file with water after use and dry it in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Avoid drying in direct sunlight to prevent the wood from cracking or warping. Replace the file when the sandpaper becomes worn down.
