When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

From U.S. warehouse (beauty/skincare): 5–12 business days

From Korea warehouse (K-POP & merchandise): 14–21 business days

Orders containing items from both warehouses may ship separately.

What are the shipping costs?

From U.S. warehouse: Free shipping over $35, otherwise $4.99 flat fee

From Korea warehouse: Flat rate $40 (no free shipping)

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Because orders begin processing immediately, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Please review order details carefully before checkout.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, you may request a return and place a new order.

Can I return an item due to change of mind?

Yes, unused items in original condition can be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

At this time, we do not accept returns for products that have been shipped from Korea.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

with:
✔ Order number
✔ Photo of the item
✔ Photo of packaging

We will issue a replacement or refund.

Tracking Says “Delivered” but I didn't receive it

Please first:
✔ Check around your property
✔ Confirm with neighbors/building office
✔ Contact the carrier

and we will assist you.

Will I be charged customs fees?

Items shipped from Korea may incur customs duties or local taxes depending on destination country. Customers are responsible for those fees.
