To request a return, refund, or replacement, contact us at help@kptown.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the package and product, and a clear description of the issue. For claims involving damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or tampered shipments, an unedited, uncut unboxing video is required. For U.S. domestic returns, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies. U.S. orders (beauty/skincare shipped from our U.S. warehouse): free standard shipping on orders over $50; orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99. K-POP albums and merchandise ship from Korea with a flat $40 fee (free shipping does not apply, U.S. delivery only). International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size. See our Shipping Policy for details.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at help@kptown.com immediately. Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipment — once shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. Since orders begin processing within 1–2 business days, we can't guarantee changes, but we'll do our best to help.
International orders are final sale — refunds or replacements are only available if you received a completely incorrect item, a significantly damaged/defective product, or the package was lost in transit. U.S. orders are eligible for customer-initiated returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (customer pays return shipping; a 20% restocking fee applies). Exchanges are not accepted. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.
