How to Use
Step 1. Wiping Toner: After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently wipe from the inner to the outer parts of the face.
Step 2. Absorbing Toner: After cleansing, apply the toner directly to the face and pat gently several times to allow it to absorb into the skin.
Step 3. Skin Pack: Thoroughly soak cotton pads with the toner and place them on the skin like a mask for 10-15 minutes.
