Shipping policy

At KPTOWN, we provide fast and reliable delivery from both our U.S. fulfillment center and our Korea-based warehouse. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Orders containing both K-Beauty and K-POP items may be shipped separately from different locations (U.S. and South Korea).


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery speed depends on the item type, shipping origin, and the destination country.

United States

  • Items shipped from our U.S. warehouse (Beauty, Skincare):
    Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days.
     (Shorter for major metro areas; longer for remote regions)

  • Items shipped from our Korea warehouse (Albums, Goods, Merchandise):
    Estimated delivery to U.S.: 14–21 business days
     (Includes international transit and customs clearance time)

  • Processing time is included in estimated delivery times


Shipping Rates

United States:

1. Items shipped from our U.S. warehouse (Beauty, Skincare):

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

  • Orders below $50 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99.

2. Items shipped from our Korea warehouse (Albums, Goods, Merchandise) will be charged a flat fee of $40, No free shipping is available.

We work with reliable, well-known carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

From the U.S. Warehouse:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

From the Korea Warehouse:

  • Korea Post

  • Shipnergy

  • CJ Logistics

  • DHL Express (for select destinations)

  • EMS

You may see one or more of these carriers depending on your destination and shipping method.


Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to carrier restrictions and import regulations, we are unable to ship to the following areas:

  • Belarus & Russia

  • Most Middle Eastern countries (including Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, etc.)

  • High-restriction regions in Africa

  • North Korea & Cuba

  • Other locations with unstable customs or limited carrier access

If your country is unavailable at checkout, we are unable to deliver to your location at this time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped from South Korea (including most K-POP items):

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in your checkout total.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer to their local customs office or carrier if required.

  • We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or undervalue shipments.

  • If a package is refused due to customs charges, all original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.


Split Shipments

If your order includes items fulfilled from both the U.S. and Korea:

  • Your order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

  • Delivery times may vary between packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, KPTOWN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

    1. Check with neighbors or building management

    2. Contact the carrier to open an investigation

    3. Email us at help@kptown.com so we can assist

Packages lost in transit (not marked delivered) will be handled case-by-case.


Delays & Exceptions

KPTOWN is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions

  • Strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact help@kptown.com with your order number and tracking details.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages 🚫

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • The package was not claimed

  • The customer refused to pay customs fees

In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Eligible refunds will be issued minus original shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link will be provided via email once your package has shipped.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update, especially for international shipments.

  • If you don’t see the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.
